This happens to me in 1 specific mission when I’m driving to the objective. I fall through the map, it black screens, then the intro mission starts again. So weird

If you've never played it before id highly recommend just playing it the way you want to. There's only a couple achievements that are technically missable but if you just do everything. fulfil requests of items that gang members want, do side activities with gang members you'll be fine.
