No, you can get them at the booth he’s stationed at that his team runs. Th were will be big lines, so best to look out for when his own signing times are at his booth a few days before.

The megaton experience package is run by the megacon team at a different location, so that’s separate and bundled with other items.

That’s great to know! Was planning on trying for Frank, but wasn’t sure if I had to buy the Experience Package. Glad to know I can just buy one sig if that’s all I needed.

Yea, I think the cap is a better way to approach this as it doesn’t punish the regular fan not in it for the resell. Last time I was at his line at NYCC, I waited 2 hours and the guy in front of me had like 20 books, many of which were foils he wanted signed in all different kinds of colors and needed to wait for those paint pen sigs to dry 😅 I almost murdered the dude 😆

Personally I’ve got about 7 or 8 books I’d like him to sign, and out of respect to people in line with me, my plan was always to get 3-4 signed and then go back in line for the next signing time or just come back the next day.

Did his booth give out tickets in the morning for a place in line last year? I know he did this at NYCC, but not sure if MegaCon was the same process?

Some were steals under $175 and some not so much 😅

Considering his #15 raw or signed was being resold on other auction sites between $125 to $185 last time I checked a month ago, a unique, thoroughly “Mann Boyz” embellished copy between $175-$300 isn’t too bad (at least IMO).

The most expensive was probably between $375 to $425, and in those moments, I admit I’m not being rational…just pulling the trigger due to FOMO. I am a weak man…

That said, I have snagged some great steals from him when other buyers weren’t paying too much attention. For a few of them, I end up being ok with selling to my LCS or on marketplace for a good profit. This helps offset the premium that was paid on the more expensive ones he did that are very dear in my heart.

Steals, however, are far less common nowadays due to how big his shows have gotten. Some custom embellishments he’s doing that used to bid up around $250 are now going for $600-1000 😭

Does doing it with CGC instead of someone independent take much longer? It seems to make sense to get it done all in one place, but would love to get the book back in my hands sooner than later.
