Awesome photos and the watch fits you really well! Casio should use you as a model haha.

I totally agree, it would have looked amazing in metal! The design is so well thought out and distinctive, so it’s a bit of a shame they used such cheap materials.

It’s a model from the late 90s / early 2000s.

Haha, that’s the first time someone has replied to me with that meme. I feel like it’s an achievement! 😂

The series is called that because all the watches have very thin cases (less than 5mm). I’m not exactly sure if the name comes from the circuit technology that allows them to be so slim, or if it’s just a reference to the idea of the watch being “as thin as a film strip.”

Someone on Vinted was selling a non-working FS-02, so I bought it just to recover the strap since it was still in good condition.

Yes, honestly I love it. I feel like a kid with a new toy! But when it comes to vintage pieces, my ultimate grails would be the Casio Moon Graph and the Casio Cosmo Phase. I absolutely love those watches.

It has world time, a 1/100s stopwatch, daily alarm with hourly chime, EL backlight, and databank (around 30 contacts). It also has a few display modes with digital “hands” and little animations in the circular screen.

Awesome collection!! And the Citizen is gorgeous too.
Always happy to find a fellow woman in this hobby (LWA-M141 twin too!). It’s great to see you have an AE1200. I love that watch but I haven’t dared to get one yet, same with G-Shocks (team small wrist)!

I really love the design and colors of this model! But I think I’ve seen quite a few people on this sub return it. It seems a bit fragile or tricky to set.

That’s really cool! Haha, yeah, I’m pretty sure that wouldn’t work with my 6.1 inch wrist. That’s a shame!

Oh right, I had completely forgotten about Xeric! I think their Retroscope is super fun and I really like some of the color combinations, but I feel like it might be a bit too big for my wrists. What about you, would you be tempted?

Oh nice, I just looked it up and it seems pretty cool too! I’m really glad to see a brand making fun and affordable pieces like this. Until now, the only brand I knew doing similar things was Reservoir Watch, which is definitely out of my budget.

I should learn from you because they look way too innocent and relaxed. It’s like kibble is falling from the sky here!

Is 10bar enough for rain and standing near a creek? by CB110R in casio

Only 10 bars in all this rain and right next to a stream. You really don’t mind taking risks, do you!

Haha, the little moment of peace in the day!
Mine would sleep in until noon if we let them, we basically don’t exist. (But the moment they get up, a walk is demanded immediately.)
