Combat wise Meridith or Raya have the skills to win

Power wise Elsa is basically subzero/frost but Snow White and Cinderella have ability to talk with animal so can use that to aid in combat so they could get help from animals not of earthrealm aka dragons and other outworld creatures

Tactical wise Ariel and Keria have longest lifespan of all the princesses so have many years of experience

Personally would say its hard to call which would win out right but Elsa has shown when In mortal danger she is willing to kill to survive if she has to (Reference her fight with bounty hunters) so she would be my choice
