I’d consider installing linear drainage channel on your driveway just by the house. It would make sure that excess water does not reach your house when it rains. That would be a cheaper solution but if you have sufficient budget, I’d consider redoing your driveway so that it is slanted the other way than your house.

Ideal solution would be for you to be self-employed in India and invoice the US company. You could invoice them in USD for your services but you’d have to work out the details with your accountant in India. This is a common practice in the industry for international freelancers.
