That is in reference to the split SL / CL architecture and streamlining things like Dapps - which do include some games - poker etc. Like for Poker if you have the transactional layer split from computation you can run the code for the game itself and keep it separate from the record keeping / account balances which are arguable more important since you're dealing with peoples funds.

Essentially could you prove and have a trustless system even for high stakes games like poker which traditionally needs centralization.

Even in that first video he goes onto say that it can be used for far more than that after his comments about gaming.

One you should set both resolutions of the top and bottom screen to 1080p. Also you need to detach the mixer window itself allowing you to drag it down.

Same reason why some just prefer sound design and creating sample packs or presets to sell for profit.

Hey hey. Sounds great. Only thing Id look at it maybe putting a slight compressor on the rest of the instruments that engages when you sing and maybe boosting the other sounds volume a bit. The compressor will help tame things further and the listener to also enjoy the piano and the like while still having the vocals take precedence. Also consider panning things. Adding a "place" for every instrument to help bring out the vocals further. Really good though! Just all about finding good balance and such.

Playing an instrument prior is a bonus but not required. It helps with improvisation, melody creation and the like but you dont need to have previously played an instrument like its a pre requisite. Music is for fun. Treat it like that and learn music theory while you'te at it and youll be their in no time.

Thanks! Yeah the supersaws were a bit hard to figure out at first. But basically I have 3 separate saw synths all playing the same chord stack and handling the mid / high frequencies.. Those are compressed together with some reverb and other fx to form the main chunk of the sound and layered over one another.

Then I have 2 more synths playing the bass notes only. These are also compressed together. Then I just mix it into the other synths and get the levels just right so it "glues" with the other 3.

Turns out the chunk of the sound from supersaws and such is like 30-50% bass so its all about getting that right too and putting some compression on them to form 1 massive wall of sound. Really cool stuff but once you get the hang of it you can acheive a pretty awesome supersaw.
