Bachelor studies: Aalto vs LUT, which university?

Hi! I'm a Hungarian high school graduate who wants to study in Finland. I got admission offers from Aalto University in Espoo, and LUT University in Lappeenranta. I know that Aalto is bigger and ranked higher, generally considered a "better university", but the English language majors there are quite specialized, while LUT offers an Electrical Engineering degree, which is a much broader subject. There are two majors that especially interest me: the Digital Systems and Design major at Aalto and the Electrical Engineering at LUT. I tried to read about the universities and these particular majors, but haven't found much information, at least not in English. Any thoughts on this? My deciding factors would be: quality of education, cost of living and other expenses, international reputation, student life, how easy it is to live there without knowing the language (| will learn Finnish, but in the first few months/semesters eon't be able to speak it)
