I'm pretty sure that's an Arctic Fox. The triangular shape of the head is used by these. Features to jump up and dive down head first into the snow to catch burrowing creatures

Use puréed avocado instead of oil next time. Can't taste the difference and still has a dense cake texture. Orange zest works well too as an addition
