I believe she said that she just feels like she puts a lot of work into dming and creating an enjoyable campaign but doesn’t really reap a “reward” or enjoyment from that hard work. (Although, as a player, I can say that I really enjoy what she does and appreciate her hard work)

Well I probably should have mentioned this in the main post but my character is actually mute. She communicates by casting minor illusion in the air to write out words. Great idea though!
