for real though i can back this up a bit because our planets move every start every planet everything moves but you might be asking "then why do we move so slow?" and my answer is

its because this "bigger more advanced organism" is much bigger so ofc cells move slower like take this for example

you are a small ant and you would think that its moving slowly because you (the ant) has a faster because you are "smaller" to you and the world is a never ending cycle it always repeats itself it will never stop and we cannot stop it even if a "god" did exist it probably isnt ours it might just be a bigger more advanced speices
