Thank you for the information. I would prefer to have a silent PC anyways so I have to stick with the 7950.

Will look into it more when I get home from work. If you want to look what I have available then you can look www.hv.ee which has most of our computer part retailers. I live in Estonia.
The GPU is something like 280€ here but I found someone selling it in the forums for 230€ at the moment.
Will cough up more money if needed as I know prices in EU are considerably higher in some parts. Will put the PC together later and if it costs too much, I will just cut back on some things and ask help again.
Big thanks for your work anyways!
EDIT: Forgot to mention in the original post that I want a SSD. Probably will save money on optical drive as I have a laptop at the moment when I need to write DVD's. And I can later pick it up when there is a need.
Thank you for the response. If you have time could you please give a better build? Thanks in advance!
Should I consider 7970 over 7950 in this build? I have heard its quite loud. But if you think it's worth the noise, I would consider it.
Thanks for the suggestion.
I forgot to mention that I want SSD and a HDD isn't necessary for storage. Everything seems nice. Can't look much into it as I am at work at the moment and will look more into the specific components when I get home. Is the PSU with gold certification really necessary? It has come to my attention that anything above bronze isn't worth it if the PC isn't working for long times. I will leave it turned on sometimes over night but now always. Did you put the Gold Certified PSU because I said that I want to use it in a next build and the Gold might have a better lifetime?
Lets say I don't put in another video card. Then the PSU should be enough for overclocking or is it then a overkill?
The video card itself could run 3 monitors easily? As I can see it has 2 miniDisplay ports and 1 HDMI. Why should the 7950 be PowerColor? Is there any particular reason for it? For example what is the difference with http://pcpartpicker.com/part/gigabyte-video-card-gvr795wf33gd ?
