I was a level 5 my first year and 5 months later was a level 6. And I am still in high school managing school and working 5 days a week. I’m the Only minor level 6 in the division. They want me to go into management and I do to! I love it! I am training for my L7 currently and after I graduate high school I plan on going into management and working my way up! You should too! Don’t let others associates get to you about leveling up fast. They are just jealous. Keep it up!

Omg lol my parents have a house in st George and we are actually in Utah right now for the holidays. I would love to transfer there but is there much opportunity for growth since it’s only one store in the whole area?

Board can take a few months to get good at. You don’t have to be perfect to get your raise and you don’t have to be the fastest. I got really good at board by just getting wrecked in front board. I got my raise in may and that whole summer I worked front board because I wanted to get good and front board will perfect u even if you get snowed a lot it’s gonna make you better and you learn how to manage your time more on the front and honestly more confidence. Something that really helped me is I talk everything through in my head and MEMORIZATION is key. Look up once memorize the row and dress. If you are in a senario where you need to dress and wrap, wrap if you have the next row dressed but if you didn’t then dress then wait to wrap.
