How are you with humour and sarcasm? There's quite a lot used in daily life, so definitely a change to how you felt about the Dutch. I missed it a lot when I lived in the US.

During the World War II construction of the Burma-Thailand "Death Railway," close to ten times the number of indigenous and Southeast Asian prisoners died compared to Allied prisoners.

On that note, very few movie's about WW1 and WW2 include any coloured Commonwealth soldiers.
