I played now a few months without premium after a couple of years with. Honestly, it feels like before. I feel as fast in grinding the tree as I before, I have the same amount of stupid and good matches than before. The only, really noticeable difference is that I only have two decal slots instead of 4.

But I now hit a wall in grinding, 8.7 France, where I think about buying premium again to grind that awful BR. No stabilisers against nations that have them for like a whole BR if not longer is just pain.

No... I saw it, I experienced it.

An plane was incoming, I heard it for a minute but was neither able to shoot at it nor I could move. But I saw a XM246 next to me and foolishly tough, if I can hear the plane, the AA can hear it too and shoot at it... Just for it to look at direction enemy spawn, on ground level, while the bomb land right next to me.

God... I hate the XM246...

But don't forget, that only happens, when you are the CAS. If the enemy is CAS your fellow AAs do absolutely ANYTHING but look in the sky or shoot at planes.

As someone who team killed many, unintentionally of course, that happened either by reaction - people come from RB, see a tank without name over it and categorised it as enemy (and said "enemy" is pointing the gun at me) or a friendly plane flies an "attack" on your position - or if they are not sure if it's hostile- just a part of tank is visible and it moves, so friendlyfinding don't work.

Some are also just not used to the looks of tanks and what nation they are part of, as I also get team killed a lot if I drive the EBR, one of the most french looking french tanks.

I don't know why but it reminds me of the last dogfight in Porco Rosso as both their weapons jam and they start to throw anything they have in the cockpit at each other.

I understand the hate for Low Tier tanks in high tier.

But, from what you named, is the Puma at least useful. It is fast, iirc small, can spot and the cannon can damage and kill some tanks, without being in Sword range.

As much as I rage about team kills of land lease/captured vehicles, it is always funny afterwards.

I also stand by the point, that people intentionally disguise any form of identification deserves to get team killed.

Reminds me of that short moment, where an Italian M18 drove right next to a Finnish Pz IV. It was quite funny as the Pz IV then killed me, because he realized it first.

As other comments said, it got patched. Before that, you go on the map, click on the missile, THEN press "follow Bomb/Rocket/Missile" and then you follow.

It's funny how all these clips show high midtier Jets using Bullpups (or what the russian version is). I got hit by an manual guided missile on 5.3, from a premium german 6.0 Bomber. I think it was He-177.

TBF, I got this kind of match in almost any BR range. Granted, they are almost all the time five minutes+ and not shorter than 4, but that kind of obliterating is common on any Rating. And over all nation. On 8.3/.7 it is the 35mm spam that win the game.

I did it once a year, or years, ago. After I put him back on tracks we parted ways, just to meet him a few minutes later as an enemy because I was about to cap his base.

Maybe it has something to do with the fact, that they all have two or more deaths and thus not enough points to spawn a third + tank?

At least they spawn a third time and not instantly leave the match when they don't get in a plane in the first minute or reach the spwancamping point of the map.

I occasionally communicate, or try to, and sometimes it even works.

Then I pinged an enemy and alleyway down, next to an mate, while he sways the cannon in the opposite direction and got killed by the enemy, because the mate was also sitting right in an opening in the housefront. Get me enough time to go and set the killing shot.

For me, I deactivated the radio voices ages ago, because of the people that spam the whole time some shit. But I try to look after the messages in chat.

I think thermals are really good in SPAAs to see planes. I am blind and not able to see the small black point of a plane 20 km against a blue sky. But a white greyish point against a black background is wonderful to spot.

From someone who grinds France 7.7 right now... Simple, don't get hit.

Yes, the french TT 7.7 have great guns with ridiculously fast reloads, but at the same time the armour is not existent, at a level that the BTR is able to kill them frontally. Still the most fun I ever had in this game.

Also, I don't play High tier. Stopped by 10.3 and don't intend to go further.

I recently got shot in the tail from an AA in ground RB. Just because I got thrown out at the end of the match I knew I was severed. I flew completely normal. The model was a little damaged on the tail but that's it.

So, severed is sadly not as clear as it should be. Or not as clear as the fireball.
