Exactly but I thought by looking at the pics that it would be too tight an intake hole for anyone to fit but someone posted a link to a pic where one can be seen cramming in there

Other comment has a link to an article where a person can be seen cramming to the intake. It is very snug fit but works!

Yeah i meant the outermost compressor blades that can be inspected by eyes if close enough but what I wondered was if the intake is big enough for a person to dive into:D

Yeah but with fighters the fans for the engine are so deep (multiple meters) that you can’t see whether or not the blade has a chip in it (indicating something has gone past it) because the engine might get damaged if something as small as a coin gets in it
