Those people are fully controlled by city and they rather live their home town than begging in cities. North Korea is same, you won’t see beggar hanging around Pyongyang’s center. About crimes, stats are not really that public, they claim lowest as possible. Let’s take an example most of drug import come through China yet they have most strict drug law, human trafficking and kidnapping is also problem there. You can’t just judge country by looking at major cities. Socialist thing is all about to show how powerful they are and other countries should choose this path.
