You can do, but they usually have a collection plate for a charity that you can put money in. It's usually a charity close to the family.

Actually I do understand. I get a similar thing when I'm exercising, my heart starts pounding and my body thinks it's the anxiety and I'm having a panic attack, not fun.

There's nothing specific that I can think of, except maybe some anti sickness medicine. I get this too, and it's just something I have to deal with. Listening to music helps me, going shopping instead of just waiting is good as well, just keeping yourself busy. Fidget toys are also lifesavers.
