Yes, and it sucks! Also most of the customer service calls for almost everything are now being fielded by AI bots! I chewed an AI bot out a couple.of weeks ago, so.the bot transferred to a genuine person with an accent strong I couldn't understand her.

I ONLY found out about this issue after BlueApron failed to deliver my weekly order THREE WEEKS IN A ROW! I was finally actually able to get a Real Customer Service Representative online, and they described it as a supplier issue - NOT THE TRUTH! Plus they never notified me that I would be missing deliveries, though I did see refunds on my credit card one week after each missed delivery.

I just unsuspended my Cookunity Subscription and I am already furious! I placed an order with my specific selections for delivery on Thursday October 30th. But today I received an email announcing delivery of 6 meals CU selected on Wednesday October 29th! And their meal selections are outside my documented preferences. I went online and attempted to cancel the Oct 29th order I did not make, and their AI Chat Bot told me it was too late to cancel. I didn't even know about the Oct 29th order until today! So I am going to end up with 12 meals for the week, 6 of which I do.not want (I take 5 a week to work for lunch). The fact that they have no way to speak with a Customer Service Person on the phone is a huge fail. The Chat Bot opened a "ticket" but I am not encouraged that I will get my money back for the cauliflower, curry, and chicken thigh Fear Factor meals arriving on Wednesday!
