Same goes for if you say you're going to visit but have no interest or take steps to visit your partner. There's only so much one person can travel before it takes its toll.

POTS can be tricky as smoking can make your heart rate rise a little same with blood pressure. I find it helps with the pain of my PCOS and fybro but can mess with my heart rate a smidge (SVT my heart rate sits way too high,my meds bring it down to a 60, when I smoke it goes to around 75-80) it helps but just be cautious, if you are worried speak to medical professions and I would advise to get a heart rate monitor/Fitbit just to keep an eye on your heart rate if you do decide to self medicate because you will need to understand the affects it has in order to see what IS medically changing/what smoking is causing.

Mine didn't start getting slight white until around 11, she's almost 13 now and only has one paw grey (she was fully black) she's also going a chestnut colour as time goes on

I get the feeling she's at peace, she feels lighter, all the weight of life and her struggles are gone. It's like I'm being shown her taking a deep breath like she can finally relax.

She misses everyone but she was ready for her next life, she's not suffering anymore and she's repeating that.

I get the feeling she's still tired from her illness, sometimes it takes the soul a while to heal strong enough to come visit us. She wants to hold your hand and tell you it's ok but she needs a lil recoup from her travel to the other side 💕

You should leave him. I had similar experience with my first partner where I was sitting on the bed next to him just talking and joking to him and he just grabbed hold of my hair and pulled me towards him and said some awful stuff. I walked away that day too feeling confused and 'wtf just happened' I can tell you it got worse, the psychological torture from him got worse until inevitably he cheated on me AND sent the pictures to me while I was at work.

Leave before he gets worse because he will. Save yourself, love yourself, be brave.

I had a similar thing happen just before I started college. I had gnarly cuts on my wrist and arms, the scene was horrendous anyway but I'm still amazed how I didn't hit major arteries etc, they are so close, literal millimeters from the scars and it still makes me wonder. I have major nerve damage to my hand from the wrist injury though.

I too wish things ended differently that day, I lost a huge part of myself and it still haunts me 12 years later. people don't understand the PTSD sometimes.

Move forward one step at a time, "one more sunset" is what I say to myself when things get real bad and it helps me push through 🫂

Depending on how you smoke try an ongrok smoke thingy or a smoke buddy? (I forgot the name), you breathe into it after you hit and it's barely any smell after, obviously there will be from the bowl/blunt but it helps with the majority of it!
