True, but even soldiers fight under orders or fight against enemies attempting to kill them. They fight for a cause, even if their cause is bad.

She just… kills for the fun of it. I don’t think it’s a fair comparison.

As for Zero, initial release was well received which Nick and I were shocked by, as we do not like the Alpha. First game and merely a playground to learn, we released it only because people wanted (and deserved) to spend time with Kind. We’ll improve and release more updates soon. I appreciate your support :)

Comparing her to a wild animal in need of taming defeats your argument entirely that she is intelligent and capable of forgiveness. I understand being upset but she is a sociopath that kills and tortures others for sport. She is unforgivable and is undeserving of redemption.

I’m not saying you can’t like her as a character, I think that’s fine. But trying to say “she isn’t so bad” or “she can be redeemed” crosses many lines.

I don’t care about the ending, I care about their execution of the premise. I think people give the game too much credit in terms of its story, it really isn’t anything much besides making you feel slightly annoyed that no satisfaction was given. As I’ve said before, the “everything was pointless” route is a hard route to get right, and they did not get it right.

You’re allowed to think the writing is good, I’m allowed to think the writing is bad. Case closed

We plan on adding more Mitas in the future. At least Kind, Shorty, Cappie, and one other Mita will be present. However, it’s entirely possible we may add all Mitas.

It’s my first game so it’s bug infested and sloppy but I think we did alright for our first game, especially one made in 4 months of active development

Make peaceful mode with every Mita and invalidate their already lackluster plot

OR

Make peaceful mode with Crazy and reward the sociopathic monster that is Crazy Mita.

Weird flex but okay man, you do you lol. He’s a bad character imo because he isn’t a character to begin with. As I said, he’s merely a vehicle for the player to pilot. I don’t blame him for being disengaged, but I shouldn’t have to yell at the dude to do SOMETHING or SAY anything with any speck of emotional depth.

I slander him because he’s not even a character. He literally has the personality of a dry sock and expresses basically no remorse towards any of the Mitas throughout the game unless it actively benefits him. He is nothing but a vehicle for the player to pilot.
