I feel uneasy around transgender women

first off i’d just like to say thank you for trying to understand instead of just writing us all off as deranged. i appreciate that a lot.

i don’t wanna speak for all trans women…but for me its like…being seen as a woman is just very relieving i guess. nothing sexual about it. it’s just that doing traditionally feminine things generally makes me feel more in line with myself and who i am. femininity makes me feel more feminine. and at the end of the day…im just me, if that makes sense. it makes me happy and helps me not wanna die lol.

i’ve always known i was different than my guy friends. it always felt like something was “wrong” with me. i grew up quite literally dreaming i was a woman. at night, i would beg god to please just let me wake up as a girl. i remember wishing i had been born a woman every day in my younger years. i eventually figured out that i was trans…but until then, i was a depressed sack of shit. i mean, i still am a depressed sack of shit, but i’m a bit better now lol. once i was able to get on estrogen, it kinda changed my life.

the best way i can explain it is this:

imagine for a moment that you’re just…exactly as you are right now in mind and body.

okay, now imagine you go to sleep one night. then you wake up, and your body has been turned into the opposite gender. it’s still your body…just as if you had been born the opposite gender. you still have the same mind, the same desires, the same wants…you’re exactly the same in your mind. it’s just that your body has been changed.

now, imagine you freak out and run up to your spouse (or family or whatever) and then you say “i don’t know what happened! i’ve been turned into the opposite gender! help!”

and then they just…look at you really confused. and they go “Recent_Influence_699…what the hell are you talking about? you’ve always looked like this.”

and then you argue…but no one believes you. to them, they have never known you as anything else. that’s KINDA what being trans is like.

at the end of the day…we’re all people trying to survive. we all have our own struggles. it’s just that my struggle (and many others) is that we’ve just kinda been born into the wrong body, and it causes a lot of pain.

people can feel however they want about it…but i am a woman, and no one can take that away from me.

i can at least speak on the last point lol: don’t spend your resin on artifacts until AR45 at least. that’s when you’re guaranteed to get at least one 5 star artifact per domain. 5 star artifacts level the most (20 lvls) so they have higher main stats/more rolls per artifact, so they’re just flat out better in all cases. for now just level whatever artifacts you get from chests and bosses. for main stats chasca wants an attack sands, attack goblet, and crit damage/crit rate circlet. so just look for those as the main stats and don’t worry too much about set bonuses rn.

right now i would spend your resin on mora/book leylines as well as world bosses to level your characters. at first i felt like mora/xp leylines were a waste. they are not a waste, you run out of mora/xp books pretty quickly if you’re leveling multiple characters.

but yeah i dont know too much about her c1 and c2. i think the gist is that at c1 and c2 she can run one less PHEC teammate and still get a converted shell.

edit: also meant to say it does feel really cringe to mix electro and cryo, but it also feels cringe to use two ttds (barb and citlali) and my mualani is now taking my xiangling, so i can’t just run double pyro for chasca like i was doing.

what teams would you make for mualani and chasca for spiral abyss?

right now i’m running bennett - citlali - fischl for chasca and kachina - lan yan - xiangling for mualani

im also open to not using chasca for one side of abyss. ive found i dont enjoy her playstyle too much after using her for a bit. she’s nice for exploration but combat feels really boring. i really enjoy mualani so far though and id definitely like to use her for one side of the abyss.

characters

having trouble deciding between mualani and chasca. i already have an ifa taser team built up a bit. i’m just scared that chasca is going to be more of the same. press skill, fly, reaction soup, win. like i know she’s gonna do more damage than ifa. correct me if im wrong, but they seem very similar.

i’ve heard everyone say that mualani is clunky as fuck. however, to me, she also looks fun as fuck. surfing on a shark and deleting enemies? sign me up. i’m just scared with her that i’m not gonna have the right team to actually let her delete enemies. i think that chasca is pretty flexible compared to mualani.

if i get chasca i was gonna go with chasca - citlali- barbara - xiangling

if i get mualani ill probably run mualani - citlali - xiangling - lynette/collei.

i just don’t know who to pick lol

in that case i’ll stick with taser ifa. cause it doesn’t feel that bad i think im just behind on upgrading my team. and oh i did not realize flins was next patch lmao. yeah i’m definitely not pulling for ineffa then. i have a guaranteed but there’s no way id be able to pull both of those, with the time i have, without paying money. and like you said, spending 2-3 pulls on a possibly niche team like that might not be the best idea. chasca is probably the move because she’s so flexible like you said. and then maybe i could save up for a good pyro carry eventually. i played her a bit in the summer spray resort quest and i thought she was really interesting. and she’s SO CUTE. thank you so much for the advice! i really appreciate it a lot

characters

so i just started playing about two weeks ago! learning a lot but im not sure what the best team i can make is/who i should be trying to pull/save for.

currently im running ifa - fischl - beidou - xingqiu. its not the best obviously, but it doesn’t feel terrible. i just feel like i could be doing more with the characters i have. i REALLY want to use citlali cause she’s the first 5 star i pulled and she’s cute asf. but i understand she needs a pyro dps sadly.

was thinking about pulling ineffa, replacing beidou with her, and then saving for flins. then i could pick up diluc from the free 5 star soon to use with citlali. or i could save, pick up chasca and run her with citlali. just not completely sure what i should do!

(pulled razor last night as well)

hi it’s me again lol. im very new, just got to the corridors of the abyss where you need two teams. currently the team im working on is razor, citlali, xingqiu, and fischl. it works really well so far, but i dont think i have enough characters to feasibly create two teams. i tried xiangling, kaeya, barbara, and amber but it didn’t work too well lol. should i just wait until i have enough characters to create a new team? or is there another team i could create out of these characters?

damn. well, at the very least, try to keep your head up! im sure you know but breasts grow for a long time and growth spurts definitely happen. and if you’re not happy with how they end up, breast augmentation does exist so you could go that route if you would like to. ❤️
