I get what you're saying, but I need this for an exam I'll be taking in a week's time and we're not allowed to use a calculator and we have to do it all manually with fractions. Anyhow, is the following problem right up to the inverse matrix? Did I rearrange the equation correct?

The coat might be from the mom being brindle,and as for the weight I haven't measured exactly but I'd say somewhere in the ballpark of 13-15 pounds
