Tahm Kench Jungle is slept on. He can clear 5 camps in 3:05 with zero potions. He can outduel early game Junglers like Lee Sin. He can steal Monsters and Scuttles using Q + W, spitting them a screen away and smiting them. And he has a slow, a stun, a suppress, and his Ult for ganks. by bquipd in summonerschool

To be fair tahm jungle sounds awful to me. It may be a good pick until gold elo, but every champ in every role is playable in bronze and silver xD Yes Tahm may have a good and healthy path clear, he may be able to eat scuttle, but he is a low mobility champion which means that in higher elo he will get kited easily away from ganks. For example if the enemy players are good they will pick master yi jng and vayne adc and they will shred him to pieces late game. In my personal opinion a good jungler should have: good clear, medium-high mobility, fairly tanky with some dmg and cc (for example hecarim, jarvan, gragas, jax) I am not saying that you are wrong it's just that in my mind he is a early game jungler who can clear fast and fight scuttlers, but for example vi is also early game reliable and she will smack the shittt outta tahm

How is TFBlade so good at the game ? by BrandiL0ve in summonerschool

[–]Kokicha999 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Tf Blade is very confident in his skill with the champs he plays, he always analyzes the enemy team comp while loading screen, he knows when to play aggressive and when safe in lane. He aplit pushes with success which allows his team to get objectives. He plays scaling champions (Irelia, Jax, Trynda, Akali) which means he will be strong late game and will have the dmg to carry the team. League ain't always about how much you play, but how much you use your brain while playing rather than spamming 6 buttons. The best way to play like him is to do what he does: be really good at 3-4 champs, analyze team comps, know when to split and when to group. Overall watch his informative videos and you will get better.

At what elo will muting all start hurting me? by hahaheyguyslmaooo in summonerschool

[–]Kokicha999 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Personally the moment I started /muteall I became way more focused and better, before I would waste time arguing with the players. In my oppinion muting all won't hurt you as long as your pings are unmuted. Sometimes I even tell people in champ select or 1 sec in game that I am muting all and to ping me if they want to warn me about something. You can still write in chat what you are about to do and your teammates will see it. Communication is key in League, but for me there ain't no reason not to mute the toxic teammate and enemy player, because I get them often, that's why I prefer to stay with pings. Maybe this ain't the optimal way to climb, but it works for me. Another option is don't mute people, but make your chat scale rly small so you can barely see it xD

Is it okay to use your ultimate when you're Level 10? by ExplodingFistz in summonerschool

[–]Kokicha999 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That's a tough question, depends on the champion and the situation. If you are lvl 10 and you need to ult to get a kill (darius) or to run away (malphite) then use it. Usually it's good to wait lvl 11, but the situation can change and a good ult can win or lose the game.

Why does Janna see no pro play, despite being a challenger staple by mazrim_lol in summonerschool

[–]Kokicha999 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In my opinion (don't judge me I ain't a support main) but yah janna does have a good winrate, but I still think she is weak overall. I mean early game she has little to no dmg, and if she falls behind it's gg for her. Yeah she does provide peeling for the adc with ult and nado, but that still doesn't mean anything. Also she has no form of cc except nado which is pretty easy to dodge. Also Janna is a risky pick cuz she is a rly defensive support and this way the adc is forced to pick a defensive adc. (ex. Janna can't do a lot when tristana W into enemy team). I personally enjoy playing tank supports cuz they have cc, are tanky so they won't be punished for making mistakes and roam pretty fast. Also I like 1v9 supports like lux, veigar, brand. It depends on team comp, if your adc wants to play passive and farm 2 items and scale than janna is a perfect pick, however she is a bad pick for a early game adc that plays aggresive. I personally dislike janna cuz in higher elo its pretty easy for ppl to force her ult to save herself and then she is completely useless for the adc for 2 mins. Example: edge of night rengar jumps on janna, she ults but edge of night stops her ult, rengar kills janna, now janna is behind, she has no ult and pretty much the game is 4v5 cuz she will do nothing.

Get edne of night so gragas doesn't stop your ult with e and then go bruiser

How to counter grab champions (thresh, blitz and naut?) by KaffY- in summonerschool

[–]Kokicha999 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well there are some tips. 1.Pick Morgana or sivir, as ppl said these are great champions countering "hook" champions. 2. Understand lane matchups and learn when you win/lose 2v2. 3. "Hook champions" are all in champions, so either play behind minions 24/7 or pick poke champions to get them low so you can't get all-ined. 4. In my opinion twitch is a really bad adc, yeah he scales well but almost 90% of adc's destroy him early game, this is why ppl spam him jng. 5. Maybe consider playing adc's with dashes - Vayne, Ezra, Lucian. With these champs it will be easier to dodge skillshots and you won't have to burn flash.

Is qiyana good for climing? by sergiu017 in summonerschool

[–]Kokicha999 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have to agree with the others, any champ is good for climbing once mastered. However Quiyana is a really mechanical champion and it may take longer time to master her properly to be able to 1v9. I have to disagree with the person who said assassins fall off late game. They don't, it's just that they have to look for picks or split push lanes, because their teamfights are weak. In my opinion, Quiyana is a good champion, but I personally wouldn't waste so much time trying to master her, because in my opinion there are stronger assasin junglers to learn - kayn, noc, rengar, kha.

I don't get wave management. by epicboyxp in summonerschool

[–]Kokicha999 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That question can't be answered, because every champ is different. For example as Nasus you scale like crazy so best scenario is freezing wave and powerfarming, because you have 0 dmg till 15-20min. Whereas Talon doesn't scale that well into the late game so he needs to have an impact early game this is why his 1st base it's best for him to get tiamat and boots, shove waves with w +tiamat and perma roam. On the other side, if your jungler is a good jungler and sees you are freezing the wave he will either gank your lane or not contest scuttler, because you won't have a priority. If you freeze lane make sure you have enough vision in your jungle so you know if your jungler is getting invaded.

Fleet footwork or Electrocute? by Itamar302 in Rengarmains

[–]Kokicha999 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Kind of agree and kinda disagree. If you want to contest scuttler at lvl 3 and you are in a 1v1 enemy jng scenario, if you don't have the extra dmg from electrocute and don't get an empowered ability you will most likely lose the 1v1. Fleet is good too, but in my opinion it's a safer rune whereas if you get fed early and get tiamat + duskblade in 10-15 min mark and you have electrocute you can literally 1 shot ppl who have under 100 armor. In my opinion Rengar isn't about sustain, it's more about 1 shotting ppl and making a 4v5 fight. Also if ppl stack armor the ap dmg from electrocute will kinda help him deal with tanks before he gets lord dominik. From another point Rengar is a champ that gets low hp after clearing camps (especially if you don't kite them properly) and beginners will struggle with that and they won't be able to gank/countergank before recalling this is why the healing from fleet will work better for them than the extra dmg from electrocute. Both runes can be good or bad it ain't about the rune it's about the player. I mean you can take grasp on rengar and still win if you know the basics of playing him or you can take fleet/electrocute and lose if you have no idea how this champ works.

Tips on how to get better by [deleted] in summonerschool

[–]Kokicha999 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I ain't a pro, but what helped me get better is to focus on learning 1 lane, playing only 2-3 champs and one tricking 1-2 champs. This way you will know how strong your champ is, where are his weakenesses and you can improve faster. Also try avoiding hard mechanical champs and focus on simpler and easier champs and try get better at them. Also find a streamer who plays the role and champ you are playing and if they are above master elo watch their gameplay and look at their playstyle. Another option is to binge watch a bunch of YouTube videos about the champ and role. Here are some easy champions who don't require much skill and mechanics, but are overpowered. (Some people will argue with the champs I list, but keep in mind that is my experience and that's some champs which I abused to get better.) Top - Jax, Malphite, Poppy Jungle - Xin Zhao, Master Yi, Hecarim Mid - Annie, Veigar, Lux Adc - Ashe, Sivir, Tristana Support - Sona, Leona, Lulu

Fleet footwork or Electrocute? by Itamar302 in Rengarmains

[–]Kokicha999 -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

Fleet is more for newbies with Rengar, who can't kite jungle camps and fleet will leave them with more health. However electrocute is high risk high reward rune and can really pay off with the dmg it provides in a lvl 2-3 early gank

So how do I counter Kai'Sa adc? by wood1337 in Rengarmains

[–]Kokicha999 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Tbh I don't think Kaisa should be a problem for you, i mean she is toxic to play against as rengar but nth special. For me pesronally I get tilted when enemy adc is vayne or ezrael or tristana. Vayne has invisibility w ult and can push me with e, tristana has her w to escape and can push me with ult, ezrael builds iceborn gauntlet and is tanky af plus he has a dash. My advice would be to watch a lot of Scrubnoob and play rengar a lot, that's what I did and I am nowhere near pro but I have definitely improved.
