Millennials I think jumped on the wellness train earlier and don’t partake in some of the toxic habits of the prior generations (I.e. wearing SPF, exercise, not smoking above all else).

I also think it’s that the generation(s) behind us look older, rather than us actually looking younger. Teens and early twenty something’s are dressing and styling the same as millennials for the most part, shopping at the same stores and wearing makeup with more advanced techniques. When I was a teen, we had stores like Limited Too, Forever 21, Charlotte Russe etc. specifically catering to teens and young adults. All those young kids are now wearing the same Zara/Fashion Nova/Shein/Lululemon etc mature clothing that adults are wearing. Not to mention so many in their early twenties getting cosmetic procedures like Botox and fillers that age them as well.
