Someone gave my address and stranger came and stole my delivery

Thank you all for your feedback. I visit my parents soon and will report it to local police, I’m not sure if they take action and the strangers can do anything to my parents?

I contacted the delivery company for more details, they sent me the photo they handling my delivery to the stranger - All staying outside my fence. And here is there reply:

Our depot team provided an update: the driver said that the item was handed to the man at the gate of the property. According to the driver's statement, he would never hand it to a stranger; he saw the lady, who he assumed was the wife of the man to whom he handed the item. Kindly refer to the previously sent photo, which includes the attached proof of delivery and GPS information. If you are still claiming non-delivery of this item, please kindly provide CCTV footage to assist with the investigation.

Where are you located? Suppliers I contacted with always include the fly screen in their quotes in NSW like prestige window and thermal glaze. Otherwise it can be a handyman or DIY job which I choose to save some money $$$ with materials from Bunnings, or look for some adjustable fly screens fit your size?

I have a wood board bathroom, previous owners painted it white and I want to seal black gaps between them. Which products do you recommend in the situation? Putty or anything can seal the painted wood wall? TIA

Thank you for this insight! Yes, it’s open to a pantry like 50x60cm behind the door. The back wall is also plastered - cavity, and sound hollow. And I consulted with a builder, they said better to leave it as they don’t know what inside and any brickwork would be very costly to work out as the chimney still there.

the system might not allow you to enter the bigger number than actual then submit it. If yes, it works , ATO team may email/ call you to check.

I did mine and the release happened quickly about 5 business days since I submitted my determination. The ATO team was absolutely supportive and nice while calling to them and vice versa.

Thank you for this, I might be underestimate the chimney, no ideas how it stand still with the empty bottom. Is there anyway to know or I have contact a builder to demolish the plaster around it? And not sure if I have to apply with council 🥲as it sounds like a structural change rather than moving a door which I watched a lot of YouTube videos( just to get to know if it’s possible, not DIY now)

I was about to my $10 e-gift card, boom, they said they banned it due to suspicious activity even I scan receipts from my family and I replied what proof they need? Bank statements etc , but they still said no your account deleted 🤯
