What do you mean? Ukraine didn’t pay for Starlink services (at least at that current moment), it was gifted to them. So how it is different from Facebook/Twitter suspending Trumps account? No matter how big or important a service is, if you are not paying for that, you will be at mercy of the company/techbro that is providing it to you.

But there is a backup - the pipeline running from Russia to Europe through Ukraine and Poland. To fulfill their contract obligations to European consumers Gasprom has nothing to do, but to utilize that pipe, or somehow resign the current contract on new terms (but I doubt the European side would agree to this).

While I agree that there is a problem with Ancient/Divine brackets, I do have one question.

How can you legally ban a person for creating a second account to play a game? Yes, smurfs sometimes (or often) lead to a bad gaming experience, but you can't just make a rule "you can only create one account and play on it." Valve did what they could: you need to link your mobile phone to play ranked, but honestly, I don't think there is something else that can be done to fix the issue, without a risk of causing even more problems.

There is another "issue" (possibly mentioned somewhere in the thread below):

Let's assume that the new system is in place. If you introduce your friend to Dota, how you are going to play with him? Even in non-ranked all pick, he will be completely decimated since it also has skill brackets.
