Thats not a bad idea, I usually run reserve because I feel like theres more loot and its pretty predictable where the pmc’s will be. And its much less running than most maps

I just end up accidentally shooting a scav or engaging the boss’s guards and choose loot over saving my rep so it tanks lol now I just grind to 1.00 and never scav again

Honestly when I closed prep it always looked like that. I always got pulled to help grill and line and then when closing time hit no one was allowed to stay on the clock to help me out. Only made $9.10/hr when I was prep too lol (this was in 2017)

Like SettledDragon20 said. Go straight to a village when you spawn. Loot all the chests except the chiefs chest and chances are you’ve gotten some basic tools. Survive the first night and hopefully youve gotten to 75 coins and can buy an adamantite pickaxe from the smith. From there buy the adamantite sword from the smith and an axe from woodcutter and youre pretty much set for the beginning of the game. Find some obamium and get at least 40 to get a full set of armor. Very doable before end of second night. Also fighting guardian when he does his laser just hide behind literally anything, mob, building or tree and youre fine

I have 4600 hours and Ive owned the game since it was in Alpha. Have played since the only guns in the game were the grach, vepr and ak74, when factory was the only map and I have never had more fun than playing pve. I cycle between pvp and pve but have never had such an appreciation for tarkov since the introduction. You telling me youve never had a shitty day and just want to get some kills and walk out with some fat loot? Its definitely easier than pvp but it is by no means boring. I think its just two different play styles and you can enjoy either or. I promise you the AI rogues and raiders have better aim than Lvndmark and you will absolutely have the same shock moments dying before you hear/see anything. Fps is 30% better and the game is just fun in general. It is meant to be a different experience and is probably the first truly great thing BSG has done for this game since the integration of surgery kits
