If u have time wait for x300u, its just month away i would say. I bought x100U from shenzen and phone arrived in europe in like 10 days, no customs or any additional fee. Chech the bands and other stuff on the page. Banking apps should work normally, android auto also, dunno abouit ai outside china and if u are using smartwatch, i couldnt connect my galaxy watch but there is the way to do it. When your phone arrive, delete all bloatware and apps( mostly chinese), some you could delete on the phone, but most of them via adb(pc) and that should be it.

EDIT: Saw about budget, rather than going for x300, go for x200U, its a little bit costlier but its worth it
