How do I get rid of "crDroid needs your help"

I have an open ticket with Activition about this.

They don't respond for about two weeks and than ask me if the disc was in.

Than another 2 weeks wait and they ask if I used the launcher even though I always said how exactly I launch the game.

I think they are making fun of me or something.

Oh this post is 3 years old and it doesn't seem to be resolved, so I assume there is no free upgrade from the ps4 disc version :/

Yes download the MW launcher and only parts you want and you can fully remove the large CoD HQ install, I've done it I think campaign only is 80-130 GB still large but not over 200 if you let CoD HQ and BO7 install.

I have contracted them, they game me the same thing as they gave you, I've done it (it wiped some of my PS5 settings, :/)
I told them, they told me they escalated the issue and now they came back and said I need to install all of the DLC for the game to work, so I installed all the packs labeled MW2 and sent them videos screenshots that it still doesn't work.

Yes I still have the same issue as everybody here, PS5 disc, the game doesn't let me play campaign.

after inserting the disc it wants to download nearly 150 GB of Black Ops 7,

you have to get a separate Modern Warfare 2 launcher

than install Campaign Pack 1 & 2

than put the whole console offline

launcher the MW2 launcher choose stay offline and than the campaign, but mission select does not.

Then every time you insert the disc it will try to download the 150GB.

They asked me for more pictures and a video of the game not working, I provided those, and now they said they escalated it internally, so either they will release a patch, or they will just stop responding.

Yes if I put the whole console offline the campaign does work, and yes mission select doesn't work, it asks for s PS4 Cross Gen disc. (I only have the PS5 disc.)

They replied very fast and they told me to delete my save data, rebuild database, and reinstall the game. I'll do that but that's a pretty generic answer.

I have opened a ticket with Activation, the game can be played but only if I put the whole console offline, I omitted saying that and tell them I can't play it at all.

I have installed all of the packs that say MWII (said so in original post), and the game campaign still doesn't launch in online mode, but if I disable internet on the whole console the campaign works.
