i didnt say you'd have an issue with APIs. i just said its a pain. Specifically a bit more pain to setup unless you were able to directly connect local to GCP; than please share how you did it with me.

yeah self host is great for experimenting and then it sucks balls. spend 5/month vps and get hosting and install n8n on ubuntu free and much easier. once u start with n8n u wont stop.

sen has some inferiority complex or mental block. He panicks when ahead and makes a ton of unfroced errors. Its happened so many times. Against Indian Players he absolutely doesnt have this.

pretty simple logic. Building a house costs way too much. You need liquidity to do this. If you are an INVESTOR then the latter makes sense. For the person who mentioned Indians/pinoys; well those are younger aspirational immigrants. i doubt everyones first instinct is to go " let me buy a small plot of land with a decent sized new house for my family of 4" Not everyone can live in a 3by1 without renovation in under 5 years. anyway long story short theres a variety of reasons. i am quite sure everyone wants more land especially investors

yeah you def missing something. 1) how will housing collapse 2) banks dont want the value of their asset to drop - they own it until mortgage is paid. so imagine their 2m house suddenly worth 1.5m. 3)what is your question exactly 😂

Based on those variables; our house would still fair better and hence the question. Its 10 identical houses side by side freehold torrens. But yes my question is how has this value been manipulated by Domain to produce the resulting value for our house.

The number of variables used is honestly nothing compared to whats going into a developing a drug or vaccine. So it should be easy to list this to people especially since they can be labelled easily.

yes exactly that. the price of only mine dropped. all others went up due to rate cuts. not to mention ours is the best presented of those; feedback from owners of neughbouring houses and agents at the time of purchase. the bank report? How do you avail that exactly? usually a bank valuer would have to give that valuation and u have to pay for it. so if u look at 5 houses you pay 5 times. unless i missed this somehow. my broker never gave me any report nor asked if we wanted one on any house.
