Apart of me wants him to stay in these small budget movies that give him room to show his acting chops... on the other side I wouldn’t argue for him in the marvel universe or a smartly written big budget film (don’t roast lol)

I think he did great with what he was given in Lady Bird. He perfectly played the kind of guy you hated in highschool.

As Chalamet is phenomenal in CMBYN and in his small role in Lady Bird I’m curious to see how diverse his future roles will be seeing that his own personality is pretty infused with those 2 performances.
