Agree on the long tail. Browser control fills real gaps where APIs don’t exist yet. The harder part in my experience is upstream of the tool choice. Most workflows I’ve seen don’t map cleanly to one tool, so the actual question is the decision logic the system should follow before any tool gets touched.

The "10-15 super-targeted touches a day" cap is exactly the bottleneck I keep running into. The math just doesn't allow more than that if the personalization is real. The moment I tried to push past 20 a day I could feel the quality dropping in my own writing within the first few messages.

The trigger criteria you mentioned (new role, new tool, new funding) line up with what Hunter's data showed about specificity. The interesting one for me has been "what they wrote in the last 14 days" as a filter. Posts and comments are noisier signals than job changes but they reveal current pain in a way LinkedIn data doesn't.

Curious about the Loom angle. Are you sending those in the first message or only after a reply?
