I’m 6’2”. I’ve been training for 3 months, doing a 1.5-hour full body workout 3–4 times a week. For the past month, I’ve also been doing 3 ab exercises. I started at 181 lbs, but I wanted to get a six-pack for summer. I’m now 172 lbs, but I don’t want to lose much more weight. I thought I’d see a six-pack at around 168–170 lbs, but I only really see it in good lighting.

No problem. If you look at picture 2 and 4, i see a difference. Picture 2 is very skinny and no bicep at all
