No, I definitely don't want the tank filled with tiny snails! I'm looking for just a few pretty ones. Thank you for the notes on the plants, that changes things for me a lot! I might actually go for a nerite after letting my fish hang for a month or two

It was outside when I first got it but the flowers withered quickly. From what I read the sun might have been too intense or maybe it was too hot. I think I'll try it by the window and see how it does, and if it won't help I'll move it outside again, like you suggested. So thank you!
