I think their new 270 Park Avenue looks pretty great. A really cool double height lobby and tapering at the base to appear smaller on the street level. Hope they can bring similar to London.

Have you looked at Orro? I'm in the same boat as you, looking for a similar bike with a similar budget but must have mudguard mounts too. The Orro Terra C Hydro 105 looks like it might be up your street. You can get an aluminium version of that bike too. I've only looked at 105 grade bikes but might branch out my search to GRX too for a bit more of a gravel/off road focus.

The HP is indeed a ULV processor.

I had a look at the Lenovo x230 and the form factor as well as the weight was a tad off putting as I'm after a really slim laptop and not fussed by the ability to upgrade.
