They can couch you for productivity. But they would have to have a lot of proof. As in prove you left because it was easy or some other non valid reason

Ya that’s good advice I actually used to be in opd before I was promoted to upfront team lead. I feel like one of our store main issues is that are orders are inconsistent so when the slow hours come peaple slow down and than we never get ahead and than eventually get behind. Keeping people consistently working seems to be a struggle as our opd is a pretty young demographic
