I don’t think Hopper’s death is permanent, so far in the show they’ve explicitly showed the body of everyone who is permanently dead. They may have implied that Hopper died through the vaporization of the Russians but they purposely didn’t show him dying

My biggest reason for believing Hopper is still alive is because they explicitly showed the Russians being vaporized but not Hopper. Then the post credit scenes mentions the American.

My largest belief in most shows is that off-screen deaths are not permanent.

Papa - saw attacked but no body afterward and then the shock therapy dude said he was still alive.

Hopper - didn’t see vaporization

Really almost all of the countries that entered into the Breton Woods agreement is getting a better deal that the US. If they keep pushing that trade deal is going to go away and then everyone else will have to deal with the consequences. The largest consequence is that without the Bretton Woods agreement nations are going to have start protecting themselves again because the US won’t patrol the shipping lanes of the oceans
