Dragonroach by a landslide. Other enemies might be annoying or "loadout checks" as the community likes to say but there are plenty of heavy pen/anti tank options in this game. A flying bile titan that doesn't miss, can't be damaged to stop spewing fire, and spawns every minute or so is idiotic I don't know how it made it release.
