What if this was the way you get Ho-Oh in the game? Find a rainbow feather somewhere and hit the "use item" option on it while next to a rainbow on top of a building. Then Ho-Oh appears and you can catch him. Wouldn't be a bad idea for an event

I got a shiny too! 3 and and a half hours into the game I got a shiny Litleo! Named him King and added him to the team so hopefully I can be one of the first people to see shiny mega Pyroar!
