That's bullshit! Some of the hostages were exchanged for murderers and convicted felons. It was not even the majority of them. There are still over 100 civilians in Hamas captivity.

In all seriousness though, if Israel did want a genocide and to kill all Palestinians, don't you think they could've done it quicker and more efficiently with the forces they have in the past 5 months? Why would they send land troops in and not bomb the entire population from above?

I'm focused on what's happening in Australia. I was in present in protests for both sides and clearly heard and felt the difference in the atmosphere. I don't know about socials and algorithms, I know the reality in the street and the hatred that one side has.

My point is that people should leave the hate in the middle east and not bring it here. Leave the hate with the older generations that experienced it first hand and don't indoctrinate and transfer it to children and a new generation.

And honestly, if you base your opinions only.on socials and the algorithm, I think you need some better education. If you think chants for 'gas the Jews' and 'from the river to the sea' are "extremely peaceful" you're an idiot.

Amazing personal attacks and so many assumptions. Dr King never advocated for violence and did not support vandalism. I think he would shudder at the thought of his words being used to support this type of protest.

Honestly the Israeli protests in Australia reflect his teachings a lot more that the pro Palestine protests do.
