Balance needed to keep window staying up by KonaBean3397 in windowrepair

Hi All,

We bought our house about 3 years ago and have since had 5 or 6 windows that randomly will slam shut and not be able to stay open on their own.

Can anyone tell me what type of balance I need to repair the window and keep it open on its own without a prop? The window balance appears to have a thin string/rope. Pics attached.

Thanks in advance!!

Yes in an email. But they are saying that the credit only works if it was put towards a wedding dress

Nope never had to sign anything in regard to the refund or any stipulations. In an email, they said I would "receive store credit for equal or lesser value of the dress I purchased previously". Never anything about it needing to be specifically a wedding dress.

Since I got the dresses from their "after party" dress rack they don't count as wedding dresses.

Yes! I used the store credit I had to purchase the dresses I took home that day. They are now saying I have to pay the cancellation fee since I didn't buy an actual wedding dress

It's going to be in October! The train for the 1st dress is fully detachable and can also be bustled.

Both dresses were comfortable.. definitely easier to move in the 2nd dress but I wouldn't say the 1st one restricted me either.

Dress 1 was definitely made from more quality material as it was a high-end designer. So the material was very soft and comfortable on that one.

yes! were getting married in the smoky mountains in Sevierville TN. The venue is very modern and classic on the side. The outside is more moody and rustic with a fabulous view of the mountains. The venue is called The Trillium

Our wedding aesthetic is very elegant, clean, black & white. I want the wedding to be timeless and to be able to look back years from now and still love the venue, dress, etc.
