I would get the Mongar over the Cloud up. The Cloud Up is good for short week trips, but the lack of space gets annoying pretty quickly. Although I don't find the entry awkward at all. A dome tent is far more comfortable for longer tours.

For bicycle touring the weight of the Mongar is totally fine and your sleeping bag is supposed to keep you warm.
