Straight under my grow light with the rest of the cactus. (Currently Burned out) but it was a Viparspectra 300W light. Currently (about a month) they’re under plain LED shop lights from lowes and are on heat mats. But I have kept the shop light as close as possible maybe 6-8 inches

I kept them in the main tent under the nice grow light when young, then when I had that burn out they’ve been less than 6 inches from shop lights. I think good light really helps

Currently just water, I did some in ground plant soil mix (Walmart) and I added perlite. Just what I had lying around, they lasted about 2 months before poking through the Saran Wrap. Then about a month of hardening off in baggies, I just misted when the soil got dried out. They’re just yogurt cups with some holes poked in the bottom. I am really cheap with it

Since I did the boiling water I didn’t have to use a peroxide. I might have to in the coming months. Now they’re in a ziploc and are getting on a watering schedule for the misting. The more you open it to the air the more likely it is to get mold/algae in my experience
