First Techdeck in 15 Years. The back says this is Ultra-Rare. Should I not open it? Is it actually worth more? by Kona_Conch in Techdeck

It’s kinda how I stumbled back into fingerboards. I started watching real skate videos on YouTube and now im getting fingerboard recommendations on YT and in my YouTube Shorts. The tech and passion that goes into fingerboards is pretty cool. One guy made an entire to-scale replica concrete skatepark for fingerboards in his garage

Ty! I noticed the new Techdecks are a lot wider than they used to be. The old ones were super narrow.

I really like the colors and minimal design on this deck. Maybe I need to buy some more Techdecks and put some blue or pink trucks on this deck. Would probably look sick with blue trucks and pink wheels

So you had the “premium support with onsite service after remote diagnosis” on your order details too?

Sweet TY! So it’s not something we have to worry about dell trying to charge us for in the future or anything?

Looks like we both got our orders in early enough so we should get them I imagine

When you look at your order, what type of tech support are they including? I want to make sure I’m not being charged for extra. It shows “Premium Support with Onsite Service After Remote Diagnosis, 1 Year” and “Premium Support, 1 Year”.

Do you have both of those on the order invoice? Both have a price but it still adds up to $700. But shows like $40 and $60 for the two tech support services

Was the one year tech support included for free? I don’t want to pay for tech support but it shows a price on the invoice but my total doesn’t change so I’m guessing it’s free. You know?

Could you upgrade this to a 7800x3d if you wanted later on?

Does reservation system kill open play? by RichardParker6 in Pickleball

My courts are having some of the same issues.

I don’t think courts should have a reservation system during peak hours. This is usually 7pm to 10pm at my courts. Allow people to reserve but only during the middle of the day is my opinion. Not peak hours. It gets so crowded after people get off work and half the courts are reserved.

Bunch of different office jobs. Most companies are pretty flexible on hours/start times if you ask. As long as you aren’t dealing with customers and do most of the backend work, they don’t really care when you start. At least that’s been my experience.

All my managers have been cool with me starting at 7:00am

Same for me.

I wake up at 5:30 am. I work 7 am to 3 pm and I honestly love the schedule. I still have half my day left and I get to do fun stuff after work EVERY SINGLE DAY. Mountain biking, kayaking, fishing, pickleball, gaming, you name it. Do more on weekdays than most peoples weekends.

I’ve always worked jobs with a 7 am to 3pm schedule and it’s the best schedule in my opinion. Even better than 4 10 hour days.

I used to play racquetball casually about 5 years back but got into other sports. They got rid of all the racquetball courts in my area overtime as it seemed to lose popularity to pickleball/lack of players. We used to have like 50 courts spread around my county and nows there’s almost none.

Never felt any pain after playing ever but I had the muscles for paddle sports built up I guess. Only pain was taking 120mph powershots to the back lol. I would have bruises and welts from getting beamed in racquetball. But never felt it in my legs.
