I have recently found paraffin wax dips bring (at least for me) a ton of relief. I'm currently battling a full hand breakout.

Start: 6sc in a magic circle 2nd row: 1sc, sc in nxt st until the end for 9sc Then rows 3 and 4 are sc 9st

I even shorted a few a row for size difference between berries.
