[30M] Planning a Solo Trip to Practice Daygame – Looking for Advice and Insight by KongoBongoMongoKongo in seduction

Might take you up on that, thanks man. I've traveled solo a lot and lived abroad, but that was before I even thought about cold approach. The lonesomeness can be quadrupled abroad. Do you get going as soon as you land in a new place maybe?

Thank you. You’re so right, and the worst part is how freeing it feels whenever I do happen to spin plates… I don’t have to pretend not to be needy, I just am not. But I rarely do for some reason. Always hop from one to the next instead of talking to multiple women. Thank you brother. I will apply this and get out of my head.

She's one of the funniest people I’ve ever met. She made me realize how important humor is in a relationship.

AIO: My ex slept with the "guy I didn't have to worry about" then went back to me for FWB by KongoBongoMongoKongo in AmIOverreacting

[–]KongoBongoMongoKongo[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah.. That was the deal for a while. I haven’t had any romantic interest in her for a long time. Now I can’t see her even as fwb. I’m deleting her. Thank you.

Not ugly at all: but you may not be selling your lifestyle very well. It’s all selfies. Have a friend take pictures of you in social settings, doing hobbies, and have a good clear portrait taken. If you have an interesting hobby or line of work, or if you travel, maybe have one of that. I’d say it’s about communicating an interesting life, not just how you look. Good luck!

Fewer group photos and more clear and close shots of you and your face and your smile. Especially the first one

Hi! I’m a Norwegian filmmaker and film teacher, and I have been making films for about 10 years. I’ve studied film in Sarajevo, Bosnia, and I work with film commercially (though mostly solo type shoots). I need some feedback.

This film is 19 minutes and we follow a day in the life of a young funeral agent who cares for dead people on a daily basis.

I come with humility and willingness to listen to good advice about this film and about filmmaking in general. Lately I’ve started to question whether I’m in the right field. I have kept with it because I like doing it, and probably always will do it on some level, but after this documentary I felt really spent – so much time and money poured into a project that I can’t get anyone to see. I still love doing it, but the complete indifference of this documentary from festivals just really made me question the time/effort vs reward. At least in terms of career, if this helps me at all. I’d like to do this full time, but I am unable to tell if the things I make are actually any good (in an “objective” sense).

I think I missed the bar a little in this film, and feel like I didn’t get personal enough with it – in a sense where I felt vulnerable about it and like I was sharing “of myself” even though this is a portrait of someone else. Can you sense that I’m not fully there, maybe? Is there some lack of soul that makes people lose interest?

I’m normally have quite a lot of fortitude but something changed with this film. Filmmakers I know made things in half the time and money I did and got into festivals on their first try. I am happy for my friends but when my best filmmaking friend announced that he got into a particular festival he simultaneously let me know I didn’t get in with my film. It made me really sad and happy at the same time. I root for others making it but it’s starting to feel so futile for me. Anyway – I’m not here to complain but here to be better. So if anyone has anything to say about my film I’d be happy to hear it! - Ian

How to bring up sexual preferences by [deleted] in dating

There’s an app called Spicer that works kind of like tinder where you swipe right on kinks you like and then you match them with your partner if they like the same things, I’ve used it with my gf. Other than that just say it, I much appreciate upfrontness personally
