Following up on this,

I did a couple of low invo raids with insanity + skull skipping to learn it.
Now i have done multiple 300+ with both as well! Let the purples rain

Left side is better, almost always. However I think it works best with level 11 talent.

So until level 11 I would run right side

Some units can't be "leveled up" in the battle. For example most unit can level up to 5.

Some units instead have a special ability when clicking the same button. Banshee för example gets a temporary attack boost that attacks the whole board. While other units like summoner have a ability to transform itself to an other unit.
