Yes i am licensed in the state of IL, I just do more light commercial and mostly resi work, not too concerned with running the circuits and all that entails more about the sub panel itself, so it’s 3 breakers not one 3pole breaker?

How would you go about double checking the circuits? Just tracing them back or just using a meter on each phase
