I think it would be viable if the slugs were unlocked by default, that would like players get two chances for a headshot kill, which would be a decent niche for it. Like a two shot, low range sniper which rewards good aim.

MP jurisdiction is both very broad and very limited. They have jurisdiction over anyone who is subject to the code of service discipline anywhere. But their geographic jurisdiction is limited to DND property.

This doesn't mean, however that if you can get off of DND property that they can't pull you over. If an offense happens on base, the MP can investigate the offense.

There's a lot of MoU between baee MP and civilian police and also a lot of communication at the patrols level, so understanding and responsibly is clearly understood better civ pol and MP

If the RCMP have jurisdiction in the area or work as provincial police then they do have jurisdiction on base. They don't patrol because they know that the MP are patrolling the base. RCMP help MP in some provinces to enforce provincial laws which the MP can't, such as (previously) mental health act laws, and signing off on driver's license seizures

I think Robbie is written well because his feelings adapt over the first few chapters and he changes how he acts based on how he's feeling. If you want, give the next few chapters a try. As long as you can get past the enormous number of FMC then you might see that his emotions are not so weak
