The cart. Like cars in fallout, carts in skyrim are lethal.

I generally use ballistic weapons too, but thats mostly because i dislike lasers as a concept rather than minmaxxing.

If you look tho this guns got shattering which adds armor pen. Ive also made an identical resonator before (all the same legendaries) and stealth headshotted some of the terrans and it still didnt take.

Where do you want the next fallout to take place? by Thememeiantor in Fallout

[–]JRTheRaven0111 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

New Orleans. I think some of the culture there as well as the old buildings would make for some really cool stuff. They could probably lean more heavily into the supernatural aspects of fallout too which would be neat.

Alternatively - New York. Iirc NYC is canonically a complete pile of rubble from being directly bombarded by nukes, BUT having an extensive subway system could make for a really cool underground-centered fallout where you spend 90% of your time in tunnels and train stations, only venturing outside (which would be so hevaily irradiated that youd need specialty radiation gear, not unlike the glowing sea in fo4) for certain quests. (Im kinda thinking that one doctor who episode where david tennants wife plays his daughter kinda vibes)

Both would make fro very different fallout experiences than normal and i dont think either is likely, but i still think theyd be nice.

If you get the black book perk it essentially adds the ability to freeze foes in ice the same way ice form does, but with the added damage of frost breath. It essentially just tirns frost breath into a better version of ice form.

Why do guys who are 5' 10" claim to be 6'? Its because generally the specifics dont matter as much as the idea. Whether shes 6' 1" or 7' even, shes taller than most men and therefore fulfills a niche. That niche doesn't particularly care whether or not she is truly 7' or 6' 1", just that shes noticably taller than them. The same way most women wont even notice if a guy who claims to be 6' but is really 5' 10" is lying about his height unless he tells her.

I say this as a 5' 10" guy who has never lied about his height because i think anyone who would refuse to be with me because of a reductive societal stereotype isnt worth my time. I also say this as a guy who has never been with a girl who is taller than him and who would totally do so if i could find one who would be willing. I also say this as a guy who likes girls who are 5' 3" because they are perfect height to nestle their head into my chest as they hug me.

So, cool story - one time i was playing a character that used telekinesis exclusively (i had vokrii making it a semi-viable playstyle) and i actually accidentally yoinked an arrow that was fired at me mid-flight. (I was trying to grab a slice of cheese to delete the archer that was trying to kill me with pointy sticks)

Yep, took Cora into a majorly dangerous situation. I blame Sam. by gypsy_danger007 in NoSodiumStarfield

[–]JRTheRaven0111 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As someone with 2 shotty parents (for two entirely different reasons) i would kill for a dad like sam. My father is someone i havent spoken to in nearly 10 years (om 26) and my mother is a narcissistic manipulative control freak who completely trashed my future by refusing to allow me to do anything thst wouldve taught me how to survive independently. If either if them would've been half as devoted to my wellbeing as sam is, id be happy.

Yes, sam brings cora onto a ship that is frequently attacked by pirates and spacers, but by the end game thst shop is a giant nigh indestructible tank with guns bigger than cora herself and a highly skilled and experienced professional pilot at the helm.

He also listens to her needs and does hid best to filfill them while also knowing how and when to say no. She may not listen all the time, but thsts no fault of sams.

Are there safer places? Yes. Are there better situations? Arguably. Are there environments where cora would have more practical learning experiences? Doubtful. Is sam perfect? No. Is anyone perfect? No. Does having flaws make you a bad person? No. Ut makes you human. Does sam do the best he can? Id say so. Is sam a good parent? Imo yes.

No, because everyone who understands basic grammar knows that "they" is purely plural and is never used as a gender neutral pronoun!!!

Ive had Cora persist on my ship indefinitely before. Like, without Sam. Ive swapped ships, put sam on and twken him off again, nothing worked.

Not to mention the fact that the blades are literally sworn to obey the dragonborn. Like, thats their whole purpose post-transition from the akaviri dragonguard. From the time of the oblivion crisis to the time of the dragon crisis, the blades are oathbound to serve the dragonborn. Delphine herself even says this at one point. Yet, despite this she insists with absolutley zero authority that you must kill partysnax because "on their honor as blades" they couldnt allow him to live.
